The manufacturing of bonded neodymium magnets consists of magnet powder (95% volume), an adhesive (3%) and additives (2%).  Bonded neodymium magnets are also known of bonded NdFeb magnets or plastic bonded magnets.  These magnets are known for their high dimensional accuracy and complex shapes crafts. For a more flexible alternative to sintered neodymium, consider using bonded neodymium magnets for your application.
